By now we have designed and proceeded to regular supplies of several types of electronic control boards that are used to adjust and maintain the temperature in refrigerators, as well as several types of LED modules that are installed into refrigerator compartment lamps.
We can also suggest production and supply of a wide range of printed-circuit boards according to the client’s Gerber files: various types of glass textolite, with or without aluminum base etc.
Flexible profile based on strontium ferrite, which in case of refrigerator application assures strong contact between the PVC sealer and the metal surface of the refrigerator cabinet due to its electromagnetic forces.
Is used in refrigerators, shower-units, sauna baths, industrial doors, window mosquito screens, window shades etc.

DESCRIPTION
B-980 is an expandable polystyrene grade containing pentane as a blowing agent.
The product is delivered in the form of spherical beads with a bulk density of about 0.6 g/cm3 and is available in 1100 kg octabins.
APPLICATIONS
The properties of B-980 make it suitable for the production of shape moulded products with densities higher than 18 kg/m3.
PROCESSING
The processing conditions of B-980 depend on the combination of the product and processing equipment used. Optimal settings have to be adjusted for each combination.
Some general processing conditions are given below:
| Prefoaming | The steam has to be saturated at a temperature of 100–110 °C. For higher densities (> 30 kg/m3) it is recommended to mix the steam with air. |
| Conditioning | Depends on the density. Generally 12–24 hours is recommended. |
| Moulding | The machine should be fed with saturated steam with a max pressure of 1,5 - 2 bar. The steaming time depends on the equipment used as well as the size and required strength of the final product. Equipment using vacuum is recommended to reduce cycle times and to increase product strength. |
| Cutting | Hot wire cutting (oscillating or stationary wires) is recommended. Temperature of the wires should be about 200–300 °C. |

The history of the group that incorporates Finotec Oy takes its origin in 1992 and starts from the supplies of electrolytic capacitors to the biggest TV set factories in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus (“Raduga”, “Rubin”, “Horizont”, etc).
During the very first year of operation as a result of carefully built strategies the sales volume increased rapidly from 10 thousАand pcs per month in the beginning of the year to 1 mln pcs per annum.
In 1994 - 1998 on the basis of scientific-production association “Impulse” in Saint-Petersburg the own assembly factory for “Horizont” TV sets was organized producing 100 thousand pcs per month.
During the same period the shares of Severo-Zadonsk capacitor plant (SKZ) were acquired and production of film motor capacitors K78 under the own brand “Intercon” was launched.
In 1998 exclusive distribution agreement with a Finnish manufacturer TERVAKOSKI was signed for supplies of polypropylene film for capacitors production on the whole post-Soviet territory.
In 2002 – 2004 at the scientific-production association “Impulse” the own production of capacitor wires was launched.
In 2010 the company Finotec Oy was registered that launched production of motor and lighting capacitors under its own brand.
Production volume of passive components for electrotechnics and lighting products reached 3 mln pcs per year.
Strating from 2015 in order to meet the requests of long-term clients Finotec Oy initiated the diversification process.
In 2015 cooperation with one of the leading polystyrene manufacturers in Europe was started (BEWi StyroChem) aimed at the supplies of these products to the leading consumers on the territory of the CIS.
In 2016 Finotec Oy entered the collaboration project of extruded magnets manufacture and distribution in Europe for the clients on the territory of Russia and Belarus.
In 2017 Finotec Oy organized manufacture of printed circuit boards and assembly.
As of today, we continue to increase production and supply volumes of our main products, as well as consider launching the projects on new materials for the manufacturers of household appliances and lighting products that will fully meet our highest quality standards while preserving the best price and supply terms for our clients.
